About Me

Hi! I am Cheyanne! Baker behind Chey's Whisk & Wonder. 

By day, I work as a HR Specialist. By night (or any spare moment in between) you can find me baking up magical treats.

Baking originally started as a way of therapy for me. A way to channel my creativity, calm my mind and escape the world. I have always loved baking for others. Friends and family would ask why I don't have my own baking business and I always gave some excuse as to why I didn't have one. 

One day I finally bit the bullet and started researching cottage law. I learned the ins and outs of becoming a cottage food business and met with my local Small Business Development Center (SBDC) for guidance. 

On September 17, 2025, Chey's Whisk & Wonder officially became a reality!

My goal is simple: create sweet treats that make life's sweetest moments memorable and magical. Whether it's a birthday, baby shower, wedding, holiday, corporate event or just because you want a sweet treat, I make every order fresh with quality ingredients, magic and a little bit of whimsy.
