Thank you so much for choosing Chey’s Whisk & Wonder for your custom baked goods! Every order is created with love, care, and attention to detail in a certified cottage kitchen located in Florida. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both of us.
đź›’ Ordering & Payments
Custom orders require a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Orders requested with less notice will depend on availability.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time your quote is confirmed. Your order is not officially booked until this deposit is received.
Final payments are due upon pickup or delivery.
I accept Cash, Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp as forms of payment.
❌ Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
At Chey’s Whisk & Wonder, every item is made just for you. Custom orders are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a family emergency, your deposit may be credited toward a future date if rescheduled in advance.
No refunds or exchanges will be given once your order has been picked up or delivered. Once it leaves my care, it is considered accepted and is the customer’s responsibility.
Rescheduling requires at least one week’s notice. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and additional charges.
Flavor changes require at least 72 hours’ notice.
3D or sculpted cakes require one week’s notice for changes.
If there’s ever a major error — such as a different design theme than what was agreed upon — please reach out immediately at pickup or delivery. I’ll do my best to correct it before your event. If I’m unable to, you may choose to decline the order, and you will not owe the remaining balance. Please understand that these creations are made by hand, and minor variations in color, design, and artistic interpretation are expected. Refunds will not be issued for small differences or preferences.
⚠️ Allergies & Dietary Information
My kitchen uses wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and gluten. While I take care to avoid cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free. By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk.
📦 Pickup & Delivery
Pickup is available by appointment. Please arrive at your scheduled time.
Late pickups: If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. I allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your order may need to be rescheduled depending on availability, and additional fees could apply.
Delivery is available for a $10 fee within the local area, subject to my schedule and availability. Large orders (such as tiered cakes, dessert tables, or bulk quantities) may require additional time and care for transport and will incur an additional $10 delivery fee. Please confirm delivery arrangements and pricing at the time of booking.
đź“§ Email & Marketing Consent
By placing an order with Chey’s Whisk & Wonder, you consent to receive order-related communications via email or text message. You may also choose to opt in to occasional updates, seasonal menus, and special offers. Marketing messages will always be limited, respectful of your time, and crafted to bring value (such as early access to holiday menus or exclusive promotions).
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by replying “STOP” to a message or by contacting me directly. Order-related communications (such as confirmations, pickup details, or urgent updates) will still be sent as needed.
📸 Photography & Content Usage
Chey’s Whisk & Wonder reserves the right to photograph and share images or videos of custom orders for marketing and promotional purposes (social media, website, printed materials, etc.) unless otherwise requested and agreed upon in advance.
